Sportswear washing / care instructions?

For Metallic, Holograms and Glitter Prints:
Hand wash and line dry only.
For Sensitive Color Combinations:
For garments with light and dark color combinations; Machine wash separately in a large volume of cold water, gentle cycle and mild detergent. Tumble-dry on low.
For All Other Garments:
Machine wash, gentle cycle, cold water and mild detergent.
Line dry or tumble-dry on low.
